Diplomová práce se v úvodu zabývá analýzou nově zřízené interní grantové agentury (IGA) na Univerzitě Tomáše Bati. Pro tyto potřeby bylo nutno vytvořit nový webový portál pro administraci projektů. Webový portál má za úkol usnadnit správu této interní grantové agentury. Uveden je i popis problematiky tvorby zadaného webového portálu. Vytvořený portál zachovává MVC model a k jeho tvorbě byl pouţit NetteFramework, který je v teoretické části práce popsán, stejně jako databázový layer Dibi. Nachází se zde i stručný rozbor software, který byl při tvorbě portálu pouţíván. Dále je popsána struktura databáze a struktura několika tabulek v ní obsaţených. Část práce je věnována implementaci a testování portálu. V diplomové práci je uveden manuál k vytvořenému webovému portálu, který má uţivatelům práci s výsledným portálem usnadnit.

Diploma thesis in the introduction deals with the analysis of the newly established Internal Grant Agency (IGA) at Tomas Bata University. For these purposes it was necessary to create a new web portal for project administration. The web portal is aimed at facilitating the management of the Internal Grant Agency.
