Práce se zabývá kompetentností krizových manažerů, jde o soubor vlastností, kterými by měli být vybaveni, aby lépe zvládali svou práci. V části teoretické jsou uvedena teoretická východiska kompetentnosti krizových manažerů. V části praktické jsou uvedeny případové studie zahraničních organizací, na kterých je zhodnocen příklad kompetentnosti krizového managementu těchto organizací. Dále jsou uvedeny interview s pracovníky krizového říze-ní. Práce se zabývá také vlastnostmi, kterými by krizový manažer měl být vybaven a pro případ že vybaven není, jaké jsou možnosti zvýšení jeho kompetentnosti.

This thesis deals with the competence of crisis managers, it is a set of properties which should be provided to better manage their work. In the theoretical part the theoretical bac-kground of competency crisis managers. In the practical part presents case studies of inter-national organizations to which competence is evaluated example of crisis management of these organizations. The following are interviews with employees crisis management. The work also deals with the properties, which would crisis manager should be equipped with a case that is not equipped with the possibilities of increasing its competence.
