Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem implementace metody D-FMEA novým systémovým přístupem. Obsahem teoretické části je literární rešerše z dostupných zdrojů zabývající se managementem kvality pro automobilový průmysl a metodou FMEA.
Na základě teoretických poznatků byl analyzován současný stav provedení D-FMEA. S ohledem na výsledky analýzy je navržen nový postup tvorby D-FMEA s použitím inovativního podpůrného nástroje System & Function Matrix. Dále je popsána realizace projektu vycházející z návrhu. Závěr diplomové práce je věnován návrhům pro další zlepšení postupu a zhodnocení přínosů.

This master thesis deals with the proposal for implementation of a new system approach of D-FMEA. The theoretical part consists from a literature review of the available resources dealing with quality management in the Automotive industry and FMEA.
The current state was analyzed on the basis of the knowledge listed in the theoretical part. With regard to the results of the analysis, the new procedure of D-FMEA is created. This new process is supported by the innovative tools System & Function Matrix. Next part described the project realisation based on the proposal. The final section of thesis is devoted to suggestions for further improvement and evaluation of the benefits.

II. Praktická část
Proveďte analýzu trendů ve vývoji světlometů v automobilovém průmyslu.

Interpretujte požadavky do funkční sítě a definujte charakteristiky jednotlivých dílů světlometu pro splnění požadavků.
