Annotation Cieľom diplomovej práce je zistenie mechanických vlastností povrchovej vrstvy modifiko-vaného PLA nanoindentáciou. PLA je laktid kyseliny mliečnej, jedná sa o biopolymer. Po-lylaktid je z chemického hľadiska polyester. Je to termoplastický polymér, ktorý možno pripraviť ako čisto amorfný, tak aj čiastočne kryštalický. Meranie mechanických vlastností je prevádzané inštrumentovanou skúškou nanotvrdosti. Princípom metódy je súčasná de-tekcia okamžitej zmeny hĺbky prieniku indentoru do skúmaného materiálu a nárast/pokles zaťaženia v priebehu celého zaťažovacieho a odľahčovacieho procesu.
Annotation in English The aim of this dissertation is to determine the mechanical behaviour of modified PLA´s coating by nanoindentation. PLA is a lactide of lactic acid, a biopolymer. From a chemical point of view, polyactide is a kind of polyester. It is a thermoplastic polymer which can be prepared both as in pure amorphous and semicrystalline state. Measurement of mechanical behaviour is linked with Depth Sensing Indentation. A principle is a current detection an instantaneous change in the depth of penetration of the indenter into the scrutiny of the material and growth/decline of retraction throughout the whole weighting and relief pro-cess.
