Diplomová práce pojednává o přínosu supervize z pohledu managementu organizací poskytujících sociální služby.
Teoretická část se věnuje problematice supervize obecně, zabývá se typologií sociálních služeb, věnuje se specifikaci organizací, které poskytují sociální služby a managementu, který je řídí. Část práce je zaměřena na využití supervize v sociálních službách.
Výzkumná část se zabývá kvantitativním výzkumem realizovaným u managementu organi-zací poskytujících sociální služby v České republice. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, jak hodnotí management organizací poskytujících sociální služby význam a přínos supervize pro jejich zařízení, zda supervize napomáhá rozvoji a dosahování cílů jejich organizace.

This diploma thesis discusses what benefits supervision brings from the perspective of so-cial service organizations.
Its theoretic part is aimed at general problems of supervision, deals with typology of social services and focuses on specifications of social service organizations and its management. A part of the thesis focuses on application of supervision in social services.
The research comprises of quantitative research carried out on management of organizations offering social services in the Czech Republic. The aim of the research is to find out how the management of social service organizations perceives the importance of supervision for the organization and whether supervision contributes to developing and achieving their organization's objectives.
