Teoretická část diplomová práce je zaměřena k dětem jako rizikové skupině, jsou v ní rozebrány teoretická východiska týkající se vzniku poruch chování dětí a faktory, které se podílejí na vzniku nežádoucího chování. Dále je věnována pozornost klasifikaci poruch chování, delikvenci a trestné činnosti dětí v souvislosti s poruchami chování a kriminogenním chováním, jakožto extrémním projevem poruch chování dětí. Je zde také zahrnut přehled alternativ intervence a opatření směřujících na děti, u kterých byly diagnostikovány poruchy chování a které páchají kriminalitu.
V praktické části práce, je obsažena výzkumná část a samotný výzkum, který byl realizován formou kvantitativního výzkumu, srovnáním statistických dat v období let 2007 až 2012. Podrobněji se zabývá souvislostí, zda se u nezletilých a mladistvých pachatelů trestné činnosti, před jejím spácháním, u nich projevilo poruchové chování ve vztahu k populaci stejného věku v České republice, městě Praze, Olomouckém kraji a Zlínském kraji.

The theoretical part of the thesis is directed to children as a risk group, are discussed in the theoretical background concerning the emergence of behavioral disorders in children and the factors that are involved in the formation of unwanted behavior. Furthermore, attention is given to the classification of behavioral disorders, delinquency and criminal activities in the context of children with behavioural disorders and kriminogenním behavior, as an extreme manifestation of behavioral disorders in children. There is also included an overview of the alternatives of intervention and measures aimed at children that were diagnosed behavioral disorders and who commit crime. In the practical part of the thesis, the research part is contained, and the research, which was realized in the form of quantitative research, by comparing the statistical data for the period 2007 to 2012. Further deals with the context, whether minors and minors perpetrators of the crime, before committing, they reflected the breakdown behavior in relation to the population of the same age in the Czech Republic, in Prague, Olomouc region and the Zlín region.
