Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a konstrukcí vstřikovací formy pro vybraný díl. Zadaným dílem je kryt mobilního telefonu skládající se ze dvou částí, který slouží jako ochranný kryt pro elektroniku. Teoretická část popisuje princip vstřikování, používané vstřikované materiály, kon-strukce vstřikovacích forem a jejich jednotlivých částí. Praktická část vychází z 3D modelu zadaného výrobku. Dále se zabývá vlastní kon-strukcí dvou variant vstřikovacích forem a jejich příslušnou výkresovou dokumentací s využitím programu CATIA V5R18.

This thesis deals with the design and construction of injection molds for the selec-ted part. Assigned product is a mobile telephone cover, consisting of two parts, which ser-ves as a protective cover for the electronics. The theoretical part describes principle of injection molding, injected materials, construction of injection molds and their individual parts. The practical part is based on the 3D model of the assigned product. It also deals with construction of two variants relevant technical documentation of two variants of in-jection molds and their relevant technical drawings using the CATIA V5R18.
