Annotation Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou antioxidantů v bobulovém ovoci. V jednotlivých kapitolách se práce věnuje přírodním antioxidantům (vitamin A, E, C, flavonoidy, flavony, flavonony, karotenoidy, selen, alkaloidy a další) a syntetickým antioxidantům (BHA, BHT, TBHQ, galláty). Také jsou zde popsány jednotlivé druhy drobného ovoce. V závěru práce je popsán výskyt antioxidantů v bobulovém ovoci.
Annotation in English This bachelor work deals with problems of antioxidants in berry fruits. The work presents natural antioxidants (vitamin A, E, C, flavonoids, flavons, flavonones, carotenoids, selen, alkaloids and so forth) and synthetic antioxidants (BHA, BHT, TBHQ, gallates). Selected cultivars of berry fruits are also described there. In the conclusion of the work it is depicted occurrence of antioxidants in berry fruits.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou antioxidantů v bobulovém ovoci. V jednotlivých kapitolách se práce věnuje přírodním antioxidantům (vitamin A, E, C, flavonoidy, flavony, flavonony, karotenoidy, selen, alkaloidy a další) a syntetickým antioxidantům (BHA, BHT, TBHQ, galláty).
