Cíl: Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit jak je vnímána neplodnost a její vliv na psychiku ženy z pohledu neplodných žen a sester.
Metodika: V praktické části byly sestaveny dva nestandardizované dotazníky, které poskytly informace o pohledu neplodné ženy na neplodnost. Tento pohled na neplodné ženy byl využit i u sester, které pracují s neplodnými ženami v centrech asistované reprodukce. Byl brán jako zpětná vazba co právě prožívají neplodné ženy a jak je vidí sestry, které o ně pečují. První výzkumný soubor byl tvořen 50 ženami, které byly léčeny s neplodností na Klinice reprodukční medicíny a gynekologie ve Zlíně. Druhý výzkumný soubor byl tvořen 46 sestrami, které mají praxi v oboru reprodukční medicíny z center: Klinika reprodukční medicíny a gynekologie ve Zlíně, Reprofit Brno a Gennet Praha. Dotazníkové šetření probíhalo od 15. ledna 2014 do 15. března 2014.
Výsledky: Výsledky dotazníkového šetření prokázaly, rozdíly u žen a sester hlavně ve vnímání psychologické pomoci a možnosti využívání alternativních metod v kombinaci s léčbou v centrech asistované reprodukce. Velmi zajímavé zjištění bylo, že některé ženy při vyjádření pocitů po sdělení diagnózy neplodnosti nezvolily ani jednu z možných variant. To poukazuje na to, že se jim velmi těžce vyjadřují pocity, které právě prožívaly při zjištění neplodnosti. Dalším zajímavým výsledkem bylo zjištění, že sestry znají velmi dobře své klientky a většině případů se shodují s ženami.
Závěr: I s velkým pokrokem při léčbě neplodnosti v dnešní době, by se nemělo zapomínat na neplodné ženy také z psychologického pohledu a možné kombinace léčby za pomocí alternativních metod. Sestra jako nejbližší pomoc neplodným ženám a také jako žena by klientkám mohla do budoucna více pomáhat se orientovat v těchto možných a určitě prospěšných kombinacích léčby neplodnosti.

Objective: The aim of this work was to investigate the perception of infertility and its influence on the psyche of women from the perspective of infertile women and nurses.
Methods: Two nonstandardized questionnaires were compiled in the practical part, which provided information about the view of infertile women on infertility. This view of infertile women was also used by nurses, who work with infertile women in the centers of assisted reproduction. It was taken as the feedback what are infertile women feeling and what is the view of nurses, who take care about them. The first research group consisted of 50 women who were treated with infertility at the Clinic of Reproductive Medicine and Gynecology in Zlin. The second research sample consisted of 46 nurses who have experience in the field of reproductive medicine center: Clinic of Reproductive Medicine and Gynecology in Zlin, Reprofit Brno and Prague Gennet. The questionnaire survey was conducted from 15 January 2014 to 15 March 2014.
Results: The results of the survey mainly showed differences in perception of women and nurses in of psychological assistance and possible use of alternative methods in combination with treatment in centers for assisted reproduction. A very interesting finding was that some women during expression of their feelings after disclosure of the diagnosis of infertility did not choose one of possible variant. This points to the fact that it is very hard for them to express their feelings during process of getting finding about their infertility. Another interesting result was that the sisters know very well their clients and in the most cases they identify themselves with infertile woman.
Conclusion: Even with the great advances in the treatment of infertility nowadays, one should not forget the infertile woman also from a psychological point of view and possible combinations of treatments using alternative methods. The nurse as the closest help of infertile women and also as a woman could help more with orientation in the possible and definitely beneficial combinations of infertility treatments.
