Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem přístupnosti webových stránek pro uživatele s různými druhy postižení. Práce definuje cílovou skupinu uživatelů, popisuje nejčastější druhy postižení a představuje WAI a WCAG. V práci jsou porovnány jednotlivé verze WCAG, úrovně shody, zásady, pokyny a popsána kritéria přístupnosti. Dále práce porovnává pravidla přístupnosti z hlediska legislativy v Česku se zahraničím. Uvádí atributy přístupnosti wai-aria a sémantické značky v HTML5 s ukázkami jejich použití. V praktické části se práce zaměřuje na uživatelské nástroje a nástroje používané při vývoji a testování přístupnosti. Na konkrétních příkladech a zkušebním auditu webové stránky demonstruje rozdíly mezi nepřístupnými a přístupnými webovými prvky a ukazuje, jak lze nepřístupné prvky zpřístupnit. Cílem práce je poskytnout ucelený přehled o webové přístupnosti a přispět k větší informovanosti a povědomí o této problematice v oblasti webového vývoje.

This diploma thesis deals with the topics of web accessibility for users with various types of disabilities. The thesis defines the target group of users, describes the most common types of disabilities and explains WAI and WCAG. The thesis describes versions of WCAG, conformance levels, principles, guidelines and success criteria. Furthermore, the thesis compares accessibility rules in Czechia and abroad. It lists the wai-aria accessibility attributes and semantic tags in HTML5 with examples of their use. In the second part, the thesis focuses on tools used in the development and testing of accessibility. Utilizing practical examples and a test audit, it demonstrates the differences between inaccessible and accessible web elements and shows how elements can be improved. The goal of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of web accessibility and to contribute to greater awareness of this issue in the field of web development.
