Bakalářská práce s názvem "Historie ošetřování ran" je zaměřena na metody a techniky ošetřování ran v minulosti.
V teoretické části jsou shrnuty a podrobně popsány způsoby ošetřování ran v jednotlivých historických obdobích od pravěku až po moderní dobu, včetně způsobů léčby ran používaných v lidovém léčitelství. Je zde popsána i historie larvální terapie, válečné chirurgie a léčby popálenin.
Praktickou část tvoří kvantitativní průzkum metodou dotazníkové šetření, jehož cílem bylo zmapovat orientaci všeobecných sester o metodách ošetřování ran v minulosti, porovnat změny ve způsobech ošetřování ran a zjistit, jaké konkrétní metody ošetřování ran se dodnes používají.

The bachelor thesis named "History of Wound Treatment" is focused on methods and techniques of wound treatment in the past.
The theoretical part summarizes and describes in detail the methods of wound treatment in different historical periods from prehistory to modern ages, including methods of natural wound treatment. The history of maggot therapy, war surgery and burns treatment are described.
The practical part consists of a quantitative research provided by the method of a questionnaire survey, concentrated on mapping the level of general nurse´s knowledge about methods of wound treatment in the past and also on identifying specific methods that are still in use today. The goal of my bachelor thesis is also to compare changes in wound treatment.
