Annotation Tato diplomová práce se zabývá marketingem v prostředí stravovacích služeb, jeho specifiky a problémy z pohledu optimálního uspokojování potřeb zákazníků a z pohledu implementace moderních marketingových metod. Práce popisuje možné relevantní postupy a postoje, které jsou doporučovány v současných marketingových trendech. Konečné vyhodnocení a doporučení vyplývající z průzkumu neobsahuje jen statistická data, ale i praktické rady jak racionálně zapůsobit na potencionálního zákazníka, jak úspěšně rozšiřovat stravovací služby.
Annotation in English This thesis deals with marketing in environment of catering services, its specifics and problems in the view of optimal satisfaction of needs of customers and in the view of implementation of modern marketing methods. The thesis describes possible relevant processes and attitudes which are recommended in current marketing trends. Final evaluation and reccomendation resulting from the research do not only include statistical data, but also include practical advices how to impress the potential customer reasonably and how to extend catering services successfully.
