Bakalářské práce je zaměřena na informační služby poskytované v oblasti cestovního ruchu prostřednictvím turistických informačních center. Cílem je zhodnotit turistická informační centra v mikroregionu Lednicko-valtického areálu a navrhnout opatření, které by vedla k rozvoji cestovního ruchu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na cíle a metody práce, popisuje odvětví cestovního ruchu a charakterizuje turistické cíle mikroregionu Lednicko-valtický areál. První kapitola praktické části analyzuje současný stav v turistickém informačním centru v Břeclavě, Lednici a Valticích, druhá kapitola obsahuje vyhodnocení dotazníkové šetření orientovaného na spokojenost klientů s těmito informačními centry. Na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření jsem v závěru navrhla možná opatření směřující k rozvoji cestovního ruchu v mikroregionu Lednicko-valtický areál.

Bachelor thesis is focused on information services in the field of tourism through tourist information centers. The aim is to evaluate the tourist information centers in the Lednice-Valtice area and try to propose measures aimed at the development of tourism . The thesis is divided into theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part also describes aims and the methods used in this thesis and also the tourist destinations which are typical for this area. In the first chapter of the practical part there is analysis of the current situation in the tourist information center in Breclav, Lednice and Valtice. There are the results of the questionnaires which were filled in by clients of these information centers in the second chapter. Based on the survey results at the end I tried to propose measures to develop the tourism in the Lednice- Valtice area.
