Cílem mé diplomové práce je rozkrýt a popsat efektivní formy a způsoby resocializace osob bez přístřeší, přičemž chci zdůraznit její důležitost pro samotného jedince i pro celou společnost. Chci také poukázat na hodnotu každého člověka a na to, že resocializace je uskutečnitelná a možná za každé situace a za jakéhokoli stavu konkrétního jedince.
Teoretická část mé práce rozkrývá problematiku týkající se bezdomovectví, příčin a důsledků bezdomovectví, sociálního vyloučení, resocializace, překážek a nástrojů resocializace, sociálních služeb a pomoci lidem bez domova.
Praktické části se zabývá osobami, které žily bezdomoveckým způsobem života a následně podstoupily úspěšný resocializační proces. Metodou rozhovorů mám zájem v následně vypracovaných kazuistikách vysvětlit a navrhnout efektivní formy a způsoby jejich resocializace a v závěrečném shrnutí poskytnout obecné rady do praxe.

The aim of my thesis is to clarify and describe the effective forms and methods of rehabili-tation of homeless. It is necessary to emphasize the importance of rehabilitation for particu-lar individual and for society. I want to show the value of each person. Also I want to show the rehabilitation is possible in every situation and condition of any particular individual.
The theoretic part deals with the problems and with the starting points concerning the con-cepts of the homelessness, the causes and the consequences of the homelessness, social exclusion, rehabilitation, complication and ways of rehabilitation, social services and the help for the homeless people.
The practical part is aimed at persons who were living homeless style of life but they expe-rienced successful rehabilitation. With the help of interviews, field research and the analy-sis of documents I want in the subsequently created casuistries describe effective forms and methods of rehabilitation of homeless and in the final summary to provide general advice into practice.
