Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je sestavení vybraných vnitropodnikových účetních směrnic pro společnost Ekofiltr, spol. s r. o., která má zastaralé směrnice, které již dlouhá léta nesplňují svou funkci. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je popsána charakteristika, účel, náležitosti a možné nedostatky vnitropodnikových směrnic. Dále je objasněna legislativa a stručná charakteristika jednotlivých povinných směrnic. V úvodu praktické části jsou uvedeny informace o firmě Ekofiltr a následně jsou sestaveny jednotlivé vnitropodnikové směrnice, které jsou navrženy v souladu s platnou legislativou a požadavky společnosti.

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is the compilation of selected internal regulations for Ekofiltr company owning out of date regulations that do not perform the proper function for a long time. The thesis consists of two parts - a theoretical part and a practical part. There are characteristics, aim, requirements and possible imperfections of internal regulations described in the theoretical part. Then the legislation and brief characteristics of each compulsory regulation are clarified. In the introduction of the practical part there is information about Ekofiltr company introduced and then there are single internal regulations compiled and designed in compliance with valid legislation and with company´s requirements.
