Tato práce se zabývá aplikací franchisingu v neziskové organizaci, tj. koncepcí bezpečněj-šího podnikání s pomocí a pod vedením, dříve nazývané termínem licenční smlouva. Ten-to způsob podnikání umožňuje subjektu využívat služeb zkušenějšího, poskytovat kvalitní služby podle určitého osvědčeného modelu. V teoretické části je možné se seznámit s právním minimem ochrany nehmotných statků, procesem franchisingu, praktickými po-znatky z pohledu poskytovatele i se zkušenostmi nabyvatele. Druhá část analyzuje stav příspěvkové organizace, zabývá se strategií aplikace i rizikovou analýzou.

This paper deals with the application of franchising in a non-profit organisation, i.e., the concept of safer business using support and leadership of another party, previously called business on the basis of a licence agreement. This new mode of undertaking business ena-bles a businessman to use the services of a more experienced person, to provide high-quality services upon a certain well-established model. The section dealing with theory provides an idea of the minimum requirements regarding intangible assets protection, the process of franchising, practical experience of the franchisor, as well as the franchisee. The second section contains an analysis of the status of an institution receiving contributions from the state budget and deals with the application strategy and risk analysis.

Tato práce se zabývá aplikací franchisingu v neziskové organizaci, tj. koncepcí bezpečněj-šího podnikání s pomocí a pod vedením, dříve nazývané termínem licenční smlouva. Ten-to způsob podnikání umožňuje subjektu využívat služeb zkušenějšího, poskytovat kvalitní služby podle určitého osvědčeného modelu. V teoretické části je možné se seznámit s právním minimem ochrany nehmotných statků, procesem franchisingu, praktickými po-znatky z pohledu poskytovatele i se zkušenostmi nabyvatele. Druhá část analyzuje stav příspěvkové organizace, zabývá se strategií aplikace i rizikovou analýzou.
