V hlavní části je rozpracován projekt specializovaného oddělení pro odsouzené s poruchou osobnosti a chování, způsobenou užíváním psychotropních látek se zaměřením na popis organizace, způsoby specializovaného zacházení a výchovné a pedagogické snahy vedoucí ke změně jejich dosavadního způsobu chování a jednání.

This is a theses concerning special treatment with convicts in prison. In the main part there is a project about special departement for the convicts with behaviour and personal disorder caused by using drugs. There is a description of the organizing, ways of treatment and educational and pedagogical effort leading to the changes in behaviour.
