Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou alternativního trestu zákazu vstupu
na sportovní, kulturní a jiné společenské akce, a to z pohledu Policie České republiky.
Práce je orientovaná na problematiku sportovních akcí, především páchání trestné činnosti při návštěvě fotbalových utkání a z toho vyplývající alternativní tresty. Teoretická část popisuje, koho se tento alternativní trest dotýká a jaké jsou příčiny udělení tohoto trestu. Dále je popsán samotný alternativní trest, jeho prameny a právní zakotvení, následně
sankce, které mohou následovat při jeho nedodržení. Závěr teoretické části se zabývá také prací všech zainteresovaných institucí spojených s tímto alternativním trestem. Praktická část je vedena formou kvalitativního výzkumu, jehož hlavním cílem je zjistit názor příslušníků Policie ČR na ukládání alternativní trest zákazu vstupu na sportovní, kulturní a společenské akce.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of alternative punishment for breaking the no entry to sports, cultural and other social events ban from the Police of the Czech Republic point of view. The paper focuses on the sports events issues, especially on committing crimes during football matches, and on the resulting alternative punishments.The theoretical part describes who the alternative punishment is applicable to and what the causes for imposing this penalty are. It also focuses on the alternative punishment as a whole, its sources, embodiment in law and sanctions that may follow the violation of the punishment terms and conditions.The end of the theoretical parts deals with the work of all institutions involved with the alternative punishment. The practical part is conducted in the form of qualitative research. Its aim is to determine the opinion of the members of the Police of the Czech Republic on imposing alternative punishment for breaking the No Entry to Sports, Cultural and Other Social Events ban.
