Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout projekt implementace konceptu Balanced Scorecard, jako strategický nástroj pro řízení a měření výkonnosti společnosti. V teoretické části je zpracována literární rešerše, týkající se oblasti měření výkonnosti ve společnosti a podrobného popisu konceptu Balanced Scorecard. V analytické části je nejdříve popsána společnost TOKO AGRI a. s. a dále následuje externí a interní analýza prostředí společnosti,
ve které je zahrnut ukazatel EVA. Poslední částí je projekt implementace konceptu Balanced Scorecard, který navazuje na předchozí výsledky analýz. V závěru práce jsou identifikované rizika, přínosy a náklady, které jsou spojené se zavedením projektu.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to suggest a project of implementation concept Balanced Scorecard as strategic tool for management and for measurement of company performance. In the theoretical part is processed literature review which is related to part of the measurement performance in the company and part with detailed description of concept Balanced Scorecard. Firstly in the analytical part is described company TOKO AGRI, a. s. and secondly is described external and internal analysis of business environment where is included indicator EVA. Last part of work is the project of the implementation concept Balanced Scorecard, which follows up to previous results of analysis. At the end of this thesis are identified risks, benefits and cost associated with the implementation of Balanced Scorecard concept.
