Diplomová práce se stěžejně zabývá multikulturní kompetencí studentů Univerzity Tomáše Bati a je zaměřena na popis jejich konkrétních modelů. Dochází zde ke komparaci multikulturní kompetence u studentů, kteří absolvovali studijní program ERASMUS s těmi, co tuto příležitost nevyužili. Práce zkoumá i rozdíly mezi jazykovou vybaveností a mírou multikulturní kompetence a zda má absolvování programu ERASMUS vliv na míru zainteresovanosti pracovat v zahraničí.

The thesis is aimed at multicultural competence of Tomas Bata University students with a focus on its specific models. There is a comparison of multicultural competence of students who have completed ERASMUS programme with those who did not use this opportunity. Thesis also examines the differences between language skills and the level of multicultural competence and whether the completion of the ERASMUS programme has some influence on the interest in working abroad.
