Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení efektivnosti investičního záměru, který společnost MAS a.s. zamýšlí.
V teoretické části je vypracována literární rešerše, která popisuje metody pro hodnocení efektivnosti investičního záměru. Praktická část seznamuje čtenáře se společností MAS a.s. - s její historií, profilem a organizační strukturou. Popisuje její finanční analýzu, investiční činnost a také výpočty zabývající se hodnocením konkrétní investice. Závěrem bakalářské práce je navržení určitých doporučení a opatření ke zlepšení stávající situace.

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is the evaluation of effectiveness of investment intention which the company MAS a.s. intends.
The theoretical art works out the literary background research which describe methods for the evaluation of the effectiveness of investment intension. The practical part introduces to readers the company MAS a.s. with its history, profile and organization structures. It describes its financial analysis, investment activities and also the calculations of concrete investment. The intention of the bachelor´s thesis is to suggest come recommendations and precautions to improve the present situation.
