Annotation Nové purinové deriváty jsou ve velké míře připravovány nejen z důvodu širokých možností substituce purinového skeletu v polohách 2, 6, 8 a 9, ale také se záměrem studovat jejich možnou biologickou aktivitu. Tato diplomová práce popisuje syntézu 6,9-disubstituovaných purinů s doposud nepopsanou strukturou v literatuře. Alkylací výchozího 6-chlor-9H-purinu byly připraveny dvě sloučeniny obsahující v poloze N9 propan-2-yl nebo cyklopentyl. Obě sloučeniny byly podrobeny mikrovlnami asistované nukleofilní aromatické substituci a bylo připraveno celkem 12 nových derivátů purinu, které obsahují v poloze 6 různé aromatické aminy. Všechny připravené látky byly plně charakterizovány pomocí běžně používaných spektrálních metod.
Annotation in English New series of purine derivatives are extensively synthesized not only due to the wide possibility of purine ring substitution at positions 2, 6, 8 and 9, respectively, but also with the aim to study their potential biological activity. This diploma thesis describes synthesis of 6,9-disubstituted purines, in most of cases with no described structure in the literature up to this day. Alkylation of the starting 6-chloro-9H-purine provided two compounds bearing at position N9 propan-2-yl or cyclopentyl, respectively. Both compounds were subsequently subjected to microwave-assisted nucleophilic aromatic substitution and twelve novel derivatives bearing at position 6 different aromatic amines was synthesized. All prepared compounds were fully characterized by commonly used spectral methods.
