  • Proveďte rešerši literárních pramenů týkajících se problematiky výkonnosti podniku a metody Balanced Scorecard (BSC).
II. Praktická část
  • Charakterizujte firmu SKANSKA DS, a.s. a analyzujte současný způsob řízení výkonnosti podniku.
  • Zhodnoťte připravenost společnosti k implementaci systému řízení výkonnosti a navrhněte BSC pro tuto společnost.
  • Vypracujte postup implementace BSC do systému řízení podniku.
