Annotation	Cílem bakalářské práce je aktualizace a tvorba vybraných vnitropodnikových směrnic ve společnosti XY, a. s., která spadá do zdravotnictví, v roce 2016. V úvodu se zabývá samotným významem vnitropodnikových směrnic, základními funkcemi, náležitostmi, formou a legislativou, ze které směrnice vyplývají. Praktická část seznamuje s profilem společnosti a analyzuje vybrané úsekové vnitropodnikové směrnice ve společnosti. Dále se zabývá jejich aktualizací a tvorbou v r. 2016.
Annotation in English	The aim of the thesis is updating and creation of selected internal directives in the company XY, Inc., which falls into health care in 2016. At the beginning I deal with a meaning of internal directives, basic functions, essentials, a form and legislation from which directives follow. The practical part introduces with company profile and analyses selected departmental internal directives in the company. This part deal with their update and creation in 2016.
