Tato diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací sledovaní toku materiálu a polotovarů ve výrobě ve společnosti Oerlikon Graziano. První část této práce poskytuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti logistiky a seznamuje čtenáře s integrovanými systémy, jako jsou MRP, MRP II nebo ERP. Dále zde lze nalézt informace o logistickém softwaru a o systémech automatické identifikace. Druhá část práce naopak řeší problematiku stávající situace systému monitorováni ve výrobě s návazností na skladové činnosti a možnosti řešení naleznutých nedostatků tohoto vnitropodnikového systému. Závěr práce poté přináší konkrétní návrh možných změn v oblasti používané dokumentace a návrhu uprav IS.

This master thesis deals with the subject of optimizing the material and semi finished parts flow in the production of Oerlikon Graziano. The first part gives the theoretical backgrounds to the subject of thesis as is Logistics or its integrated systems like MRP, MRP II or ERP. Furthermore the reader can find here the information about the logistics software and the systems of automatic identification. The second part is highlighting all the possible problems appearing currently in the process of monitoring beginning with production ending with the direct link to the shipment operations. The final part of the thesis gives the specific proposals concerning the area of applied documentation and concrete IS changes.
