Tato bakalářská práce se snaží přiblížit systém vzdělávání ve Vězeňské službě ČR. Hlavním, poznávacím cílem práce je zmapovat vzdělávání zaměstnanců VS, poukázat na význam odborné přípravy i potřebu příslušného celoživotního vzdělávání. Vedlejším cílem bylo zjistit, zda a jaké možnosti mají zaměstnanci VS v této oblasti.

This bachelor thesis seeks to draw near the education within the Prison Service of the Czech Republic. The main, cognitive aim of this work is to map the training of employees, PS, to note the importance of training and the need for appropriate lifelong education. The secondary objective was to find out the options what and whether the employees of PS in this field have.
