Annotation Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou zvyšovania motivácie v spoločnosti ZVS-Enco a.s. . V teoretickej časti práce sú opísané všetky poznatky z oblasti motivácie a stimulácie. V praktickej časti je opísaný systém odmeňovania ako súčasti motivácie v spoločnosti ZVS-Enco a.s.. Pomocou dotazníkovej metódy som zistil stav spokojnosti zamestnancov firmy ZVS-Enco a.s. so systémom odmeňovania ako súčasti motivácie. Na základe uvedenej analyzy sa pokúsim navrhnúť projekt na zlepšenie motivácie zamestnancov firmy ZVS-Encoa.s..
Annotation in English Graduation theses/Diploma work/ delt problems of raising of motivation in the company ZVS-Enco a.s.. In the theoretical part of the work are discarded all the leno ledges from areas of motivation and stimulation. In the practical part of the work is described system of remuneration as the part of the motivation in the company ZVS-Enco a.s.. Trough the medium methods I found out state of satisfaction the company staff with the system of remuneration howingredients motivation. Following introduction analyses I will try to peach up propose project on inprovement the motivation of the company staff in ZVS-Enco a.s..
