Bakalářská práce se zabývá nemocničním lůžkem a jeho součástmi v procesu vzniku dekubitů na standardních nemocničních odděleních. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty informace týkající se samotného lůžka a jeho vybavení a je popsána problematika proleženin. Praktická část se věnuje výzkumnému šetření zaměřenému na zhodnocení stavu nemocničních lůžek a antidekubitních pomůcek v souvislosti vzniku dekubitů u imobilních pacientů na standardních nemocničních odděleních nemocnice krajského typu. Data k výzkumnému šetření byla získána ze 108 přímých nestandardizovaných pozorování, při kterých bylo zjištěno, že nejproblematičtějším prvkem v prevenci vzniku dekubitů u imobilních pacientů v souvislosti s lůžkem, jsou ve většině případů na daných odděleních nevyhovující matrace a nedostatečně využívané antidekubitní pomůcky.

The bachelor thesis deals with the hospital bed and its components in the process of decubitus formation in standard hospital departments. The theoretical part summarizes the information concerning the bed itself and its equipment and describes the problem of bedsores. The practical part is devoted to the research study focused on the evaluation of hospital beds and antidecubital aids in connection with the formation of decubitus in immobile patients at the regional hospital departments of the regional hospital. The data for the research was obtained from 108 direct non-standardized observations, which found that the most problematic element in preventing the formation of decubitus in immobile patients in relation to a bed are, in most cases, inadequate mattresses in the departments and insufficiently used antidecubital aids.
