První část práce se zabývá represivní politikou státu se zaměřením na roli orgánů činných v trestním řízení v odhalování a vyšetřování trestné činnosti v oblasti softwarového pirátství.
Druhá část práce je zaměřena na popsání problematiky softwarového pirátství mezi mládeží s popisem podmínek, v rámci kterých dochází mezi mládeží k porušování autorského zákona a jejich pohled na tuto problematiku.
Cílem práce je ověřit postoje mládeže k softwarovému pirátství.

The first part of the thesis deals with repressive politics of the state which is aimed to the role of the body active in criminal procceding in disclosing und investigating of criminal activity in the field of software piracy.
The second part deals with the description of problems of software piracy among young people with the description of conditions within which breaking of authorial law among young people comes up. This thesis also deals with these problems from young people´s point of view.
This aim of the thesis is to check young people´s attitudes to the software piracy.
