Annotation Tato práce poskytuje dostatečné informace o výkonu trestu odnětí svobody po roce 1990 a zahájení činnosti Probační a mediační služby. Je upozorněno na činnost na výstupním oddělení a na následnou činnost Probační a mediační služby při zajišťování výkonu dohledu po propuštění pachatele trestné činnosti na svobodu.
Annotation in English This project provide us enough informations about imprisonment after year of 1990 and starting the activity of the probational and mediatory service. There is attentioned on an aktivity at the dismissing department and the following up the activity of the probational and mediatory service in a guaranteeing necessary activities in time of safeguard supervision after release of offenders to the freedom.
