V bakalářské práci budou zkoumány finanční ukazatele firmy Hammerbacher SK, a. s. v letech 2011-2013. Cílem je zhodnotit finanční situaci firmy a podat návrh ke zlepšení situace firmy. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Teoretická část řeší účel finanční analýzy, zdroje a metody finanční analýzy a nakonec ukazatele finanční analýzy. Praktická část obsahuje informace o firmě. Finanční analýza vychází z účetních výkazů a výročních zpráv. Výpočty se týkají analýzy absolutních, poměrových a souhrnných ukazatelů. Na závěr práce budou zhodnoceny výsledky finanční analýzy a navrhnuty možnosti řešení na zlepšení hospodaření firmy.

In my bachelor thesis, will be examined the Hammerbacher SK company's financial indicators, as in 2011-2013. The aim of my thesis is to assess the company's financial situation and to submit a proposal to improve the financial situation of the company. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part discusses the purpose of financial analysis, sources, and methods of financial analysis. The end of part one consist of indicators of financial analysis. The practical part contains information about the company. Financial analysis is based on financial statements and annual reports. Calculations involve on the analysis of absolute, ratio and aggregate indicators. At the end of bachelor thesis will be evaluate the results of the financial analysis and suggested possible solutions to improve the management of the company.
