Annotation Práce pojednává o domácím násilí páchaném na dětech, vymezuje přesně jeho pojem a duševní poruchy dospělých ve vztahu k dětem, současně se snaží vymezit prevenci tohoto závadového jednání. Dále se zabývá rolí Policie České republiky, neziskových organizací a dalších subjektů při odhalování a ochraně před domácím násilím. V této souvislosti je v práci podrobně popsán institut vykázání násilné osoby ze společně obývaného prostoru.
Annotation in English The work deals with physical and psychical violence committed to children. The work defines exactly mental disturbances in the relationship between children and adults and defines the main points of prevention of violence committed to children. This work deals with the role of Police of the Czech republic, non-profit organizations and other subjects that play active role in disclosing and protection against physical and psychical violence comitted to children. The legal possibility of evicting the offender of physical and psychical violence is mentioned in this work too.
