Annotation Tématem této bakalářské práce je hrách a využití metod transgenoze ke zlepšení jeho vlastností. První část se věnuje obecně hrachu, jeho významu, botanické charakteristice, složení semen, škůdcům a onemocněním. Druhá část práce je pak zaměřena na transgenozi, metody transgenoze, nejčastěji vnášené transgeny a uplatnění transgenoze ve šlechtění hrachu. V závěru jsou stručně popsány pravidla pěstování transgenních plodin, rizika a problémy spjaté s genetickými modifikacemi.
Annotation in English The theme of this bachelor thesis is the pea and the use of transgenesis to improve its properties. The first part deals with the pea generally, its importance, botanical characteristics, seed composition, pests and diseases. The second part is focused on transgenesis, methods of transgenesis, most often inserted transgenes and application of transgenesis in breeding the pea. The rules of transgenic crops cultivation, the risks and problems associated with genetic modifications are briefly described in conclusion.

Tématem této bakalářské práce je hrách a využití metod transgenoze ke zlepšení jeho vlastností. První část se věnuje obecně hrachu, jeho významu, botanické charakteristice, složení semen, škůdcům a onemocněním. Druhá část práce je pak zaměřena na transgenozi, metody transgenoze, nejčastěji vnášené transgeny a uplatnění transgenoze ve šlechtění hrachu. V závěru jsou stručně popsány pravidla pěstování transgenních plodin, rizika a problémy spjaté s genetickými modifikacemi.
