Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je zhodnotenie finančnej situácie spoločnosti Raven, a. s. s pomocou metód a nástrojov finančnej analýzy. Rozdelená je do dvoch častí.
Teoretická časť obsahuje literárnu rešerš problematiky finančnej analýzy. V praktickej časti je spoločnosť predstavená, popísané jej vonkajšie okolie a následne prevedená finančná analýza za obdobie 2009 až 2011. Výsledky analýzy sú porovnané s dvoma konkurenčnými podnikmi. Záver práce obsahuje zhrnutie finančnej situácie spoločnosti, vrátane návrhov a doporučení na zlepšenie.

The goal of this bachelor's thesis is the evaluation of financial situation of Raven, a.s. using the methods and tools of financial analysis. The thesis is divided into two parts.
The theoretical part contains the search of literature focused on financial analysis.
The practical part is introduced by a characterization of the company, its external environ-ment is described and the financial analysis for the years 2009 to 2011 is conducted.
The results of the analysis are compared with 2 competitor companies. In the final part, the financial situation of the company is summarized, including the recommendations and suggestions for improvement.

The goal of this bachelor's thesis is the evaluation of financial situation of Raven, a.s. using the methods and tools of financial analysis. The thesis is divided into two parts.
