Annotation Tato práce je zaměřená na charakteristiku botulotoxinu, jeho chemické vlastnosti, biologickou aktivitu a toxicitu. V další části jsou sepsány v literatuře z posledních let popsané případy výskytu botulismu, jejich epidemiologické hledisko a pravděpodobné příčiny. Poslední část je pak zaměřena na využití botulotoxinu v kosmetice a zhodnocení jejich rizik.
Annotation in English This study is focused on characterisation of botulinum neurotoxins (BoTN), it’s chemical properties, biological activity and toxicity. In next part are reviewed outbreaks of botulism described in recent literature, their epidemiologic aspects and possible causes. The last part is focused on application of botulinum neurotoxins in cosmetics and aesthetics and it’s risks.

Tato práce je zaměřená na charakteristiku botulotoxinu, jeho chemické vlastnosti, biologickou aktivitu a toxicitu.
