Annotation	Meine Bachelorarbeit habe ich in zwei Teile geteilt, in den praktischen und theoretischen Teil. Der theoretische Teil setzt sich aus vier Kapiteln zusammen: (Kommunikation, Kommunikation im Betrieb, Lehrbuch Unternehmen Deutsch, Das Wörterbuch). Der prak-tische Teil umfasst zwei Kapitel : Wörterbuch in der mündlichen (telefonischen) und schriftlichen Kommunikation.
Annotation in English	The Bachelor Thesis is divided into two parts ? the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part consists of 4 chapters (Communication, Communication in business, Unternehmen Deutsch textbook, Glossary). The practical part consists of 2 chapters. Voca-bulary in oral (telephone) and written communication.
