Annotation Diplomová práce pojednává o testování polymerních materiálů používaných k balení potravin. Teoretická část práce popisuje význam obalů v potravinářském průmyslu a představuje různé typy obalových materiálů. V praktické části byly testovány mechanické vlastnosti tří různých polyolefinů (PP, HDPE a LDPE) pomocí zkoušky tahem a zkouškou mikrotvrdosti. Získané výsledky byly statisticky i graficky vyhodnoceny.
Annotation in English The thesis deals with testing of polymer materials used for food packaging. The theoretical part of the paper describes the principle and function of packaging in the food industry and presents the different types of packaging materials. In the practical part, the mechanical properties of three different polyolefin were tested by using tensile test and microhardness test. The results were evaluated statistically and graphically.
