Cílem práce je zmapovat situaci na trhu doplňků stravy z hlediska legislativního i konkurenčního a zhodnotit postavení firmy ASP CZECH s.r.o. na tomto trhu. Součástí práce je rozdělení a charakteristika jednotlivých skupin doplňků stravy a také legislativní podmínky jejich výroby a prodeje. Popsána je historie i současný stav firmy ASP CZECH s.r.o. včetně jejího sortimentu. Byly určeny konkurenční firmy včetně jejich sortimentu a situace na trhu. Autor popisuje technologii výroby instantních potravin v prášku včetně systému kritic-kých bodů HACCP. Na závěr byla provedena SWOT analýza s formulovanými doporučeními v rámci zjištěných příležitostí.

The aim of this work is to map a situation on the food supplements market with a view to the legislature and the competition and review the company’s position on the food supplements market. The part of this work is the division and the characterization of the particular food supplement’s categories and the legislative terms for the manufacturing and the distribution. There is the description of the history and the present state of the company ASP CZECH including their products. Competitive firms were specified with their product range and also their situation on the market. Next, the author describes the production technology of the dehydrated instant food and the system HACCP. In conclusion the SWOT analysis was made. In terms of the identified opportunities were formulated recommendations.
