Annotation Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou konkurenceschopnosti salonu krásy Vital Centrum. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy jako marketing malých a středních podniků, marketingový mix či konkurence a konkurenceschopnost. V praktické části byla provedena analýza konkurenceschopnosti s využitím benchmarkingu, PESTLE analýzy, SWOT analýzy a matic EFE a IFE. Na závěr byla navržena doporučení ke zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti salonu.
Annotation in English This Bachelor's thesis deals with a competitive analysis of the beauty salon Vital Centrum. In theoretical part, issues concerning marketing of small and medium businesses, marketing mix, competition and competitiveness are explained. In the analytical part, the competitiveness was analysed using benchmarking, PESTLE analysis, SWOT analysis and EFE and IFE matrices. At the end of the thesis, recommendations for improving the competitiveness were suggested.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou konkurenceschopnosti salonu krásy Vital Centrum. This Bachelor's thesis deals with a competitive analysis of the beauty salon Vital Centrum.
