Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice zajištění hřbitovů před krádežemi
a vandalismem. V teoretické části jsou nastíněna historická východiska v oblasti pohřbívání a práce se zde zaměřuje i na historický vývoj právních norem spjatých s problematikou pohřebnictví. Současně se zabývá podmínkami pro zřizování a provozování hřbitovů obcemi. Praktická část pojednává o současném zabezpečení vybraných hřbitovů, které jsou posuzovány za pomocí analýzy kontrolního seznamu (Checklist Analysis) a SWOT analýzy. Následně po vyhodnocení metod jsou popsány vhodné způsoby zabezpečení hřbitovů. Závěr práce se věnuje třem zpracovaným variantám zabezpečení konkrétního hřbitova, které
se odvíjí od jejich finanční náročnosti, včetně sumarizace položkového rozpočtu.
Annotation in English
The bachelor´s thesis deals with issue of securing cemeteries against theft and vandalism. The theoretical part outlines the historical background in the field of burial and it focuses on the historical development of legal norms related to the issue of funeral. At the same time, it deals with the conditions for the establishment and operation of cemeteries by municipalities. Tha practical part deals with the current security of celected cemeteries, which are assessed by Checklist Analysis and SWOT analysis. Due to the folloving evaluation of the methods other suitable ways of securing cemeteries are described. The conclusion of the thesis deals with three processed variants of securing of a specific cemetery, which are based on their financial demans, including the summary of the item budget.
