Disertační práce se zabývá problematikou současných forem organizace práce, moderními výrobními systémy a zvyšováním výkonnosti operátorů ve výrobních podnicích. Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout model personálního reportingu, který by reflektoval změnu struktury metrik ve vztahu k současným výrobním systémům.Disertační práce poukazuje na to, že se ve výrobních podnicích velmi výrazně mění role personálních manažerů stejně jako i jejich znalosti v oblasti řízení a hodnocení výkonu. V práci je kladen veliký důraz na potřebu změn klasického personálního reportingu a jeho rozšíření o další ukazatele, které by z hlediska řízení a hodnocení výkonnosti operátorů výroby měly větší vypovídající hodnotu. Autorka se zaměřuje na ukazatele, které se promítají do mzdových systémů a cílem je, tyto ukazatele specifikovat a zařadit do komplexního modelu hodnocení výkonu operátorů výroby.

The thesis deals with current forms of work organisation, modern production systems, and increasing the efficiency of operators in manufacturing businesses. The main aim of the thesis is to propose a personnel reporting model, which would reflect the present needs of the structure of metrics in relation to current production systems.The thesis makes reference to the fact that the role of personnel managers is changing substantially in manufacturing businesses, as is their knowledge and expertise in terms of management and performance appraisal. In the thesis, great emphasis is placed on the need for changes in traditional personnel reporting and for it to be extended to include other indicators, which would have a greater evidential value from the point of view of management and the appraisal of production operator efficiency. The author focuses on indicators that are shown in wage systems with a view to specifying these indicators and including them in a comprehensive personnel reporting model for appraising the performance of production operators.
