Předmětem diplomové práce ?Problematika vlivu sociální komunikace na efektivitu pracovních procesů? je popis vnitrofiremní sociální komunikace a hledání jejích souvislostí s pracovním procesem. Práce ve své teoretické části obecně definuje sociální a vnitrofiremní komunikaci a pracovní procesy. Předkládá několik dimenzí souvislostí mezi pracovním procesem a vnitrofiremní komunikací, uvádí faktory, které je ovlivňují. Praktická část představuje analýzu vnitrofiremní komunikace na konkrétním případě firmy, jejíž obecné výsledky jsou následně porovnány s teoretickými poznatky

The subject of my thesis ?Influence of social communication on work procedures ? is to describe the intracompany social communication and to find its connections with work procedures. In theoretic part are generally defined social and intracompany communication and work procedures. The thesis submits several dimensions of connections between work procedures and intracompany communication, features factors that influence them. The practical part contitutes an intracompany communications analysis in concrete case including recommendations for his innovation. Generaly results are compared with theoretic knowledges.
