Annotation	Předmětem bakalářské práce jsou formy teroru na pracovišti, negativní vztahy mezi zaměstnanci, psychologický teror. Práce se zabývá pojmy mobbing, bossing, šikana. Hledá možnosti řešení a možnosti prevence teroru mezi pracovníky. Práce obsahuje souhrn doporučení, jak si se šikanou na pracovišti poradit a také přehled právních norem vztahujících se k tomuto problému.
Annotation in English	Bachelor theses subject is the study of terror forms on a workplace, negative relations among employees and psychological terror. The terms definitions like "mobbing, bossing, bullying" are heavily discussed. Possible solutions and possibilities how to prevent terror and bullying among employees are sought. Summary of recommendations how to solve such negative relations and bullying as well as related legal norms summary list are included.
