Annotation Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou soustavy Natury 2000 v České republice. Je tvořena dvěmi částmi - ptačími oblastmi a evropsky významnými lokalitami. V první části jsou popsány jednotlivé lokality ohrožených ptačích druhů v České republice. Druhá část se zabývá popisem stanovišť s ohroženými druhy rostlin a živočichů.
Annotation in English This Bachelor’s Thesis deals with characteristics of the Natura 2000 in the Czech Republic. It consists of two parts - the bird regions and the European significant habitats. In the first part, there are described the individual habitats of endangered species of birds in the Czech Republic. The second part describes the sites with endangered species of plants and animals.
