Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem dochucovací soupravy určené do gastronomických zařízení, specializujících se především na mořské pokrmy. Text je rozdělen do tří částí. První, teoretická část je věnována historii dochucovacích pomůcek a historii porcelánu. V této části textu je dále rozebrána oblast stolování, dále pak technologie výroby a všeobecná ergonomie dochucovacích souprav. Druhá, praktická část, popisuje vývoj navrhování dochucovací soupravy Dary moře a její výrobu. Třetí, projektová část, uzavírá celý text této práce finální podobou produktu dochucovací soupravy Dary moře.

This thesis deals with the design of the condiment set (the salt and pepper shakers) intended for catering facilities which specialise mainly in seafood. The text is divided into three parts: theoretical, practical and the one concerning the design process of my condiment set. The theoretical part is devoted to the history of the condiment containers and the history of porcelain. It also deals with the art and science of dining, the manufacturing technology as well as general ergonomics of the condiment containers. The practical part describes the evolution of the design and production processes of my condiment set called Fruits of the Sea. The final part focuses on the condiment set itself and its graphic representation.
