Bakalářská práce se věnuje Poznávání kulturních rozmanitostí v rámci multikulturní výchovy v mateřské škole. Hlavním tématem je vzdělávání předškolních dětí v mateřské škole v rámci multikulturní výchovy.
Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmu multikulturní výchova, jeho problematiku a možnosti realizace v mateřské škole.
Praktická část obsahuje jednotlivé fáze projektu Afrika. V první fázi je příprava projektu. Druhá fáze popisuje realizaci projektu. Poslední fáze obsahuje evaluaci a doporučení pro praxi mateřských škol.

The bachelor's thesis is dedicated to recognizing cultural diversity in multicultural kindergarten education. The main theme is the education of pre-school children in kindergarten as part of multicultural education.
The theoretical part focuses on the definition of the concept of multicultural education, its issues and possibilities of implementation in kindergarten.
The practical part contains the various phases of the Africa project. The first stage is the preparation of the project. The second phase describes the implementation of the project. The final stage includes evaluation and recommendations for the practice of nursery schools.
