Práce je zaměřena na emulze, jejich klasifikaci, přípravu a stabilitu, s ohledem na jejich využití v kosmetickém průmyslu. Dále se zabývá konkrétními příklady jejich využití ve formě krémů, ať už denních, nočních či na ruce nebo tělových mlék. Důležitým faktorem je i jejich trvanlivost a správné skladování.

The work is focusing on emulsions, their classification, preparation and stability bearing in mind their usage in cosmetics. Furthermore this work focuses on specific examples of their usage in cremes whether that might be daily, nightly or hand cremes or body lotions. A significant factor is also their shelf life as well as adequate storage.
