Annotation Ovoce a zelenina jsou pro lidskou výživu nepostradatelné. Tato práce je zaměřena na roz-dělení ovoce a zeleniny a jejich chemického složení. Nejexponovanějšími metodami kon-zervace ovoce a zeleniny se zaměřením na moderní metody, jejichž cílem je co nejšetrnějším způsobem prodloužit uchovatelnost v nejpřirozenějším stavu. A popis jednotlivých konzervárenských výrobků ovoce a zeleniny.
Annotation in English Fruit and vegetables are for human noutrishment indispensable. In this thesis I have fo-cused on splits of fruits and vegetables and their chemical composition. Most exposed me-thods of conservation fruit and vegetable with focus on modern methods which target is using most gentle way to improve their keeping them in the most natural condition. And description of canning product of fruit and vegetables
