Bakalářská práce popisuje fundamenty tváření, charakterizuje nepevné prostředí jako druh nástroje. Zaměřuje se na vybrané nekonvenční metody tváření tenkých plechů za použití nepevného nástroje. Nastiňuje popis samotných procesů, jejich přednosti a aplikace. Jsou posouzeny technologické a konstrukční zásady tváření plechů metodou Guerin. Cílem bylo navrhnout, vyrobit a odzkoušet tvářecí zařízení pro metodu Guerin, tak aby bylo použitelné na hydraulickém lisu v laboratořích ÚVI. Funkčnost nástroje, který se skládá z pevné a nepevné části, byla prověřena na navrženém experimentu.

My bachelor's thesis describes fundaments of forming. It gives overview of non-rigid medium features which enables its usage as a tool. It is focused on description of unconventional methods of metal forming thin sheets with usages non-rigid tools. The thesis outlines a description of processes, their advantages and applications. It reviews technological and constructional principles of stamping by Guerin's method. Aim of the thesis was to design, manufacture and test a universal stamping tool utilizing Guerin's method. The device consists of a non-rigid and a rigid part. The tool has to be usable at hydraulic press in laboratories of UVI. Functionality of the tool was checked with designed experiment.
