Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na konstrukci vstřikovací formy pro zadaný díl, čímž je rozvodná elektroinstalační krabice.
V teoretické části je popsáno rozdělení polymerů, problematika procesu vstřikování a popis konstrukce vstřikovacích forem.
Součástí praktické části bakalářské práce je volba vstřikovacího stroje pro výrobu zadaného dílu. Dále obsahuje tvorbu 3D modelu výrobku, konstrukční návrh vstřikovací formy a výkresovou dokumentaci. Praktická část je vytvořena za pomoci programu Catia a normalizovaných dílů od firmy Hasco.

Bachelor thesis is focused on the design of injection molds for a given part, which is the distribution conduit box.
The theoretical part describes the distribution of polymers, the issue of the injection molding process and a description of the construction of injection molds.
The practical part of the thesis is the choice of injection molding machines for production of a given piece. It also includes the creation of the 3D product model, design injection molds and drawings. The practical part is created using Catia and standardized components from Hasco.
